At Yummi Candles Canada, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused candles in their original box with all protective cushioning to ensure they arrive back at our facility without damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Yummi Candles

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package to our Mississauga distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
